Based on Japan’s Environmental Impact Assessment Act , Blueleaf Energy Japan K.K. has reported to Japan’s Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, and sent to the Hokkaido Governor and Ashibetsu City Mayor, the “Environmental Impact Assessment Procedural Document for the Hokkaido Ashibetsu Photovoltaic Power Project (tentative name)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Procedural Document”) on 25 February 2026.

The Procedural Document and Summary Document have been published and made available for public review as detailed below. Furthermore, explanatory meetings will be held in accordance with the aforementioned Act.
