Blueleaf Energy is proud to support the Voices of Bharat: Yuva for Sustainability campaign, a nationwide initiative aimed at empowering young Indians to become powerful sustainability advocates. Launched on World Environment Day, 5 June 2025, the campaign brings together students, media, and industry partners to amplify climate communication across the country.

Building a Self-Sustaining Cycle of Advocacy
At the heart of the campaign are workshops and mentorship sessions led by media and sustainability experts. Through hands-on training, participants are equipped to create high-quality content across various platforms, including radio programs, podcasts, video reels, and digital writing. The content is showcased on a dedicated microsite and amplified on social media, with selected podcasts also broadcast on All India Radio to reach millions. By the end of the first phase, the initiative is expected to sensitize over 10 million people.

Our Leadership & Contribution
As a key sponsor, Blueleaf Energy aims to bridge youth creativity with practical sustainability solutions. We are providing financial support and staff time to help develop this platform, with opportunities for exceptional participants to become Blueleaf Energy Youth Ambassadors or interns, linking climate passion with professional growth.

Our India Country Head, Pratyush Thakur, helped kick off the campaign at the inaugural Yuva Sustainability Conference. During his address, he highlighted how renewable energy solutions not only deliver meaningful environmental impact but also open new career pathways for youth passionate about climate action.

Aligned with National Ambitions
The initiative aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for environmental stewardship and supports national goals such as Mission LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment), Panchamrit commitments, Net Zero targets, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By empowering youth to produce compelling stories, the program supports a self-sustaining cycle of climate voices that will accelerate India’s green transition.
