Blueleaf Energy’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Amiram Roth-Deblon, is scheduled to speak at the Financing Zero summit in Kuala Lumpur, regarding powering ASEAN’s data center and AI boom with renewables on the 28th of May, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The summit will bring together influential government representatives and policy makers with industry leaders, from asset managers and owners, to project developers and financiers for two days of networking and critical conversations on unlocking the collaboration needed to fund ASEAN’S net-zero transition.
Mr. Roth-Deblon is scheduled to speak on the second day of the event, Wednesday, May 28th, at 10:20 am (SGT). He will be part of a panel titled, ‘AI, Data Centers, and ASEAN’s New Energy Demand Centre – Investor and Developer Opportunity.’ This panel discussion will explore the increasing adoption of AI and digital transformation, and how the rapid expansion of data centers is driving significant new energy demand, positioning ASEAN as a global energy-intensive digital hub. Bringing together data center developers, renewable energy providers, and infrastructure investors, the panel will examine how private capital and clean energy development can effectively respond to the growing need for resilient, low-carbon digital infrastructure. Key topics will include hybrid power solutions, power purchase agreements (PPAs), grid interconnectivity, and regulatory enablers across the Southeast Asian landscape.
Financing Zero is held under the patronage of Malaysia’s key ministries, and with a convergence of asset managers and owners, project developers, general partners (GPs) and limited partners (LPs), banks and project finance heads, sovereign wealth funds, policymakers and regulators, technology innovators, and insurance companies, it will undoubtedly provide a unique platform for shaping ASEAN’s energy financing landscape.
