Pratyush Thakur, our India Country Head, will join the inaugural Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Energy Infrastructure Roundtable on 11 March in New Delhi, India.

Roundtable Focus: Powering Progress

The roundtable themed, “Powering Progress: Building India’s Energy Infrastructure for a Sustainable Future,” will focus on:

  • Deliberating India’s medium and long-term energy infrastructure roadmap across power, oil & gas and clean energy sectors
  • Identifying critical policy, regulatory and implementation challenges impacting infrastructure development
  • Examining strategies for transmission expansion, grid resilience and integration of high levels of renewable energy
  • Discussing the role of gas infrastructure, cleaner fuels, green hydrogen and emerging technologies in ensuring energy security and supporting industrial decarbonisation
  • Enabling greater private sector participation and mobilise long-term investment for energy infrastructure including innovative financing and risk mitigation mechanisms
  • Strengthening Centre–State coordination and promote best practices across States
