About the Voices of Bharat: Yuva for Sustainability
Voices of Bharat: Yuva for Sustainability campaign, a nationwide initiative aimed at empowering young Indians to become powerful sustainability advocates. Launched on World Environment Day, 5 June 2025, the campaign brings together students, media, and industry partners to amplify climate communication across the country.
At the heart of the campaign are workshops and mentorship sessions led by media and sustainability experts. Through hands-on training, participants are equipped to create high-quality content across various platforms, including radio programs, podcasts, video reels, and digital writing. The content is showcased on a dedicated microsite and amplified on social media, with selected podcasts also broadcast on All India Radio to reach millions. By the end of the first phase, the initiative is expected to sensitize over 10 million people.
