In Penang, Malaysia, Blueleaf Energy has successfully completed and energized a second rooftop solar power plant for Robert Bosch (M) Sdn Bhd . This 800 kW plant significantly supports the energy needs of Bosch’s automotive electronics production facilities.

This second installation features 1,408 solar panels and 7 inverters, generating approximately 1.2 GWh of clean, renewable energy annually. Like its predecessor, this project operates on a self-consumption basis, providing clean energy directly to Bosch’s facility. It also offers Bosch the opportunity to sell any excess generated energy back to the grid under Malaysia’s Net Energy Metering (NEM) scheme.
