Based on Japan’s Environmental Impact Assessment Act, Blueleaf Energy Japan K.K. has reported to Japan’s Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, and sent to the Hokkaido Governor and Ashibetsu City Mayor, the “Document on Primary Environmental Impact Consideration at the Early Stage for the Hokkaido Ashibetsu Photovoltaic Power Project” (hereinafter referred to as the “Consideration Document”) and a document summarizing the Consideration Document (hereinafter referred to as the “Summary Document”) on 1 August 2025.

The Consideration Document and the Summary Document have been published and made available for public review as detailed below.

Public review of the Consideration Document

• Environmental Life Division, Health and Environment Department, Sorachi General Promotion Bureau, Hokkaido

Public reviewing period:

1 August (Friday) – 1 September (Monday), 2025
